Delivery & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

1. DOMESTIC

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Delay in courier centers are not within our control. The tracking number will be sent to you thru WA within 24 hours after we process your order.

a) other fees - All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

b) damage goods – Golden Tyche Trading is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the courier center to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. DOMESTIC

Conditions for Returns/Refund to be eligible –

· The Goods were received within 7 days after shipping.

· The goods received are not according to purchase order.

· The Goods are in good condition & in original packaging.

· Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us.

· We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

· We are unable to issue a credit note refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

 

Conditions not eligible for Returns/Refund

· Discounts & Sales items are not eligible for refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
